Hi, I’m Katarina! I graduated in 2023 from William & Mary, where I studied History and Spanish. As both a first-generation and a transfer student, I’ve been through the college application process twice. Realizing how challenging it can be to apply for and navigate college as a first-generation student, I founded First-Gen Place with the goal of making college a more accessible space. When I’m not working with First-Gen Place, I love hiking, camping, swimming (anything outdoors!), baking, and playing the guitar.
